Publisher description for NetBattle
NetBattle is a very simple over-the-Internet war strategy game for two players. The object of the game is to find and eliminate your opponent's mobile command center (MCC). After you and your opponent agree on the terrain to play on, you position your units on your side of the field. You begin the game with three spies, 16 tanks, 12 fighters, 18 riders, and your MCC. You move your units strategically to protect your MCC and attack the opponent. As well, you score points for each unit that crosses the center line, and score even more points for progressing deep into the enemy's zone. Brush and hills obstruct vision -- your opponents' units can only be seen when one or more of your units has line-of-sight. The game lasts up to 30 minutes -- if neither player destroys their opponents' MCC before the time runs out, the player with the most points wins the game.
